Crank It! Auto Repair (Owren Group LLC) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use this site or request service, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you submit the estimate request form, we receive the information you enter, typically your name, contact details (email and/or phone), vehicle details (including the VIN, if you provide it), a description of the issue, and any photos or files you choose to attach.
To keep the form free of spam, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process technical signals from your browser to confirm you are not an automated bot. Our web host may also log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and reliability.
This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set functional cookies needed for security and to run the spam protection on our request form.
We use your information to respond to your request, prepare estimates, schedule and perform service, keep the repair records we are required to maintain, and communicate with you about your vehicle. We do not use it for unrelated marketing.
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers that operate this site and our request form, currently Formspree (which delivers your form submission to us) and Cloudflare (hosting and spam protection), and only as needed to run the service. We may disclose information if required by law.
We keep your service records, including your written estimate, work authorization, and invoice, as long-term records of the work performed on your vehicle. Washington law requires repair facilities to keep estimates and invoices for at least a year, and we generally keep them well beyond that. Information from a request that does not lead to service is deleted once the request is resolved.
To ask what information we have, correct it, or request deletion, email [email protected]. We will respond as reasonably as we can, subject to any records we are required to keep.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
This site may link to third-party pages, such as our Google Business Profile. Those sites are governed by their own privacy policies, not this one.
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
